PACScenter - FAQ

Licensing and Pricing information

Q: Can I use a single PACScenter license for multiple healthcare units?

A: Yes, a single installation can serve multiple healthcare units under one license. Furthermore, the cost per exam decreases as usage volume increases.

Q: Does PACScenter have a limit on the number of users?

A: No. PACScenter does not limit the number of users. The license is based solely on exam volume, supporting unlimited users and installations within the same acquired package.

Q: If I purchase a perpetual license and need to increase my capacity later, do I need to buy a new license?

A: No. We value client loyalty and make the transition easy. You can simply upgrade your package by paying the price difference between your current tier and the new one.

Q: What is included in the PACScenter pricing, and how does it differ from other vendors?

A: Our pricing includes unlimited workstations, remote support, and annual major software updates, a key advantage over many other providers who typically charge additional fees or require new licenses for version upgrades.
